Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Partner with UN and WEF committees on tech policy frameworks
- Drive commercialization of 3+ breakthrough innovations annually
- Present at Davos, CES, and exclusive industry summits
- Mentor PhD researchers in our FutureTech incubator program
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ commercialized innovations
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record leading $10M+ tech projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Top 1% problem-solver in competitive hackathons
