Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmap for post-2026 technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum applications
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor Futurist Associates in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in climate resilience and neurotech
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging technology leadership
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Proven track record translating speculative concepts into commercial products
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (AFS/CFS) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to market
