As our Strategic Innovation Lead, you'll work directly with C-suite executives to identify emerging trends, build future-proof business models, and lead high-impact projects that position InnovateX as a global innovation pioneer. You'll have access to cutting-edge R&D resources and a dedicated team of futurists, engineers, and designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, society, and markets to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate and validate future-focused concepts
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Oversee prototyping and pilot programs for emerging technologies and business models
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and track progress toward 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of leading successful innovation initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Business, Technology, or related field
- Experience building and managing innovation teams and ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (preferred)
