- Produce executive foresight reports with data-driven trend forecasting and risk mitigation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Advise leadership board on disruptive market opportunities and paradigm shifts
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodology and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on technology's societal impact (peer-reviewed or industry journals)
- Experience with quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi methods, computational modeling)
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite and stakeholder audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their ethical implications
