- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future readiness across departments
- Author white papers on socioeconomic impacts of emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for paradigm-shifting signals
- Advise on ethical implications of exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future readiness
