Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-level executives and board members
- Produce quarterly trend briefings on AI, biotech, and climate tech disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable innovations
- Establish ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technology trajectories
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI ethics
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof strategies in Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future scenarios
