Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global trends in AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to envision future customer experiences and market opportunities
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Advose on policy implications of disruptive technologies for regulatory compliance
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
