You'll develop actionable frameworks that balance exponential technological growth with sustainable human impact, ensuring our innovations solve tomorrow's challenges today.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy aligning with market evolution and societal needs
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints exploring quantum-AI-bio convergence applications
- Author strategic briefings on emerging tech disruptors (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, quantum internet)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future scenarios into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Present future impact assessments to stakeholders including policymakers and industry consortiums
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership with demonstrable future-impact track record
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership on tech ethics or digital transformation
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Foresight, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business imperatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Assessment (preferred)
