- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Author executive briefings and white papers on market evolution scenarios
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and future-readiness across all business units
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused symposiums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
