Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) to develop 5-10 year strategic forecasts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts and regulatory evolutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping innovation pathways to business opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing methodologies
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into development lifecycles
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems via AI-powered trend analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to board and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep fluency in emerging technologies (blockchain, biotech, AI/ML)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
