As a key member of our C-Suite Strategy Council, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and global policymakers to decode technological convergence, geopolitical shifts, and societal transformation. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational evolution across 12 countries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 strategic vision, integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-tech disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Produce quarterly trend reports predicting market inflection points and competitive threats
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological black swan events
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and C-Level executives
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio with 15+ portfolio companies
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote speeches, and industry panels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, or climate tech
- Experience leading high-stakes scenario planning for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems and policy circles
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFP) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of major market shifts (2018-2023)
