- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 3-5 year planning cycles
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into innovation pipelines and R&D priorities
- Conduct high-stakes stakeholder briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Establish quantitative forecasting models for technological adoption and market evolution
- Author thought leadership content on future-focused business strategies
- Manage cross-functional working groups to translate foresight into operational plans
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption analysis
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategy
