Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) and their business implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Author forward-looking white papers and market disruption forecasts
- Partner with R&D to align technology roadmaps with future market needs
- Design and execute horizon scanning methodologies across 15+ industries
- Mentor junior futurists and build an organizational foresight capability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future economies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with Delphi methodology and cross-industry trend mapping
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
