- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Design innovation pipelines for next-gen products and services
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption timelines
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Proven track record translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
