Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic frameworks aligned with 2026 technological and societal inflection points
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging markets
- Develop quantitative foresight models using predictive analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong command of quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Published thought leadership or recognized industry speaker in futures discourse
