Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence in 2026-2030
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Author horizon-scanning reports on existential risks and opportunities
- Design cross-industry blueprints for climate-positive infrastructure
- Mentor an elite team of futurists and systems thinkers
- Forge partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global innovation hubs
- Present at Davos-level forums on emerging paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Published work on exponential technology impact (peer-reviewed)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Experience with UN SDG implementation frameworks
- Portfolio of implemented future-back strategies
- Fluency in at least three languages (English required)
- Certification in Futures Design Thinking
