Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and sociocultural shifts for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and whitepapers on future-proofing organizations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise product development teams on future-proof innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with proven 2020+ trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from foresight academy)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
