Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop quantitative trend impact models using proprietary AI-powered analytics platforms
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and product strategists
- Author quarterly 'Future State' whitepapers distributed to 50,000+ industry leaders
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption rates of strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate our global trend-spotting network
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in trend analysis, innovation strategy, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices
- Prior experience with AI-powered trend analysis platforms (e.g., Palantir, Trendalyzer)
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategy publications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
