Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports with quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech adoption (quantum, AGI, bioengineering)
- Build predictive models for market disruption in 3 key verticals
- Produce thought leadership content for industry conferences and publications
- Advise product teams on 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic futurist programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech societal impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Advanced proficiency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future strategy implementations
