Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future projections into concrete product and service roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level decision-makers
- Portfolio demonstrating past foresight work and strategic impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or WFS)
