Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate foresight into product/service roadmaps
- Produce strategic foresight reports with data-driven scenarios for executive decision-making
- Build and cultivate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate sustainability and ethical considerations into future-proofing strategies
- Present compelling narratives about future possibilities to diverse stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or future-oriented strategy implementations
