Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Create executive-level scenario planning frameworks for 2025-2030 market landscapes
- Lead innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on technological evolution and societal impact
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing C-suite and board-level decisions
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred) or similar advanced credential
