- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs to scout breakthrough innovations
- Design and implement a corporate 'futurist' methodology to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Mentor junior analysts while fostering a culture of strategic curiosity across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation with demonstrated impact on long-term planning
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing actionable strategic frameworks from complex trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and quantitative trend analysis tools
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
