Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership, translating complex data into actionable strategic options
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof products and services
- Advise C-suite on disruptive threats and opportunities in rapidly evolving sectors
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy (portfolio examples required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston, MFIA)
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology publications
