Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Present insights to executive leadership through data-driven visualizations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 market landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published research or speaking engagements on future trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
