Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps by analyzing technological, economic, and societal megatrends
- Lead scenario planning initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate existential risks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions in quantum computing, bio-integration, and AI ethics
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation workshops that challenge conventional thinking and catalyze breakthrough ideas
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing organizations and workforce evolution
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies with measurable impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive priorities
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF) preferred
