Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly trend reports analyzing convergence of AI, biotech, and climate technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture emerging research
- Design prototyping programs for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Build competitive intelligence systems tracking global innovation ecosystems
- Mentor internal teams on strategic foresight methodologies and future literacy
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating complex technological trends into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, neurotech, climate tech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex interdependencies
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership on technology evolution or disruption theory
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
