Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and socio-cultural trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for client organizations across diverse sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products, services, and business models
- Produce high-impact visualizations and reports translating complex foresight into executive insights
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives' alignment with long-term vision
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFCS) strongly preferred
