- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work transformations
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or emerging tech innovation
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of delivering future-focused strategy frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technological disruption
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
