Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and societal foresight framework
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies against market readiness
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for leadership teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing convergence trends
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
