Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging market disruptors
- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with 5-year strategic goals
- Author quarterly 'FutureWatch' reports analyzing tech convergence trends
- Manage pilot programs for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Mentor innovation teams in agile futurism methodologies
- Represent company at global tech foresight conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or emerging tech R&D
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership on future tech scenarios (2025-2030)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight credential
- Experience scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and governance
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling skills
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism preferred
