Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (e.g., IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
