Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 scenario roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend synthesis

- Author quarterly Horizon Briefs for executive stakeholders on disruptive technologies
- Curate and maintain the Global Futures Intelligence Database with proprietary insights
- Facilitate strategic workshops with clients to align with emerging market realities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable outcomes
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy domains
