- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning models for key stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor teams in futures-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technology adoption curves and societal impact analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategy implementation
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their ethical implications
