Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts with disruptive potential
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Design and pilot 'future-proof' organizational models and talent development programs for 2026 workforce demands
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and storytelling

Qualifications
