- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or thought leadership in emerging tech
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight projects
