Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology foresight frameworks using AI trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future insights into actionable strategies
- Produce quarterly innovation reports with predictive market impact assessments
- Manage a $2M annual R&D budget for experimental technology validation
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Stanford Future Science Institute for exclusive research access
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercializations
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, CB Insights, Palantir)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, biotech convergence, or neurotech
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market analysis
