- Publish thought leadership on future-of-work and industry transformation

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-scanning work
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, CFF)
- Experience building organizational foresight frameworks
