Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to identify strategic opportunities through 2026+
- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' frameworks guiding product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into R&D and business planning
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for disruptive transformations
- Partner with venture teams to scout and evaluate emerging startups and technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
