- Author annual 'Horizon Reports' with actionable 5-year strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D to integrate future-proofing into product development lifecycles
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
