Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for long-term technology roadmapping and innovation planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts for market readiness
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling visualizations
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, Innovation Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executive insights
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementation of future-oriented initiatives
