Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic frameworks for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and scenario-planning whitepapers
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic readiness and future-adaptation maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3.0 ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
