Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Produce scenario-planning models for climate adaptation, workforce evolution, and regulatory transformation
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies and their implications for market positioning
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-proofing business operations
- Build cross-industry partnerships with innovation hubs and academic research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using tools like Delphi method, cross-impact matrices, or scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks for 2020+ planning
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight academy preferred)
