Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to map technological and societal shifts through 2026
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech for competitive advantage
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare the organization for future disruptions and opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term market projections
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory changes to anticipate their impact on business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Policy, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping projects or publications
