Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global tech/socioeconomic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-proof business models
- Author whitepapers on disruptive technologies and their societal implications
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
