Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural signals to forecast 2026 market disruptions and opportunities
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists while maintaining thought leadership at Davos and Singularity Summit
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (e.g., NFTs, generative AI adoption) with documented case studies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and probabilistic modeling tools
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to executive audiences
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or top-tier business publications
- Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
