Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives on societal shifts
- Publish quarterly trend briefings read by Fortune 100 leadership
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for prototype development
- Partner with MIT Media Lab on future technology forecasting
- Represent the company at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published author in foresight or innovation journals
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to influence executive decision-making
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk)
