Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into executable business plans
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential for 2026 market landscapes
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate objectives and sustainability goals
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-state solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational initiatives
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
