Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Scopes' identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead 'Future Labs' with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Advise executive board on strategic pivots using trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for sustainable business growth
- Present findings at global conferences and publish in top-tier industry journals
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Published research or thought leadership in future-of-work or AI ethics domains
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
