Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce scenario-based roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Author high-impact strategic briefings for C-suite executives and board members
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic megatrends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Prior experience presenting at Davos or similar high-impact forums
